Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, purchasing, or using Alibi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and may only control an iPhone you own or are clearly authorized to control.
Your license
Alibi grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on devices you own or control for lawful personal use.
- Do not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
- Do not share or sell account credentials or licenses.
- Do not circumvent licensing, security, or technical restrictions.
Responsible use
You are responsible for how you use Alibi and for following the rules of any third-party service affected by a changed location.
- Do not use Alibi to break a law, court order, employment obligation, or contractual duty.
- Do not use it for fraud, stalking, harassment, impersonation, or harm.
- Never alter a device you do not own or lack clear permission to control.
- Do not use it to defeat another service’s security or safety protections.
Other apps and services
Alibi can affect the location reported to services such as Find My, Maps, and Life360. Alibi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple or those services.
Third-party services have their own terms. Presenting a changed location may violate those terms, and you are responsible for the consequences of your use.
Payments and plans
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. Lifetime is a single purchase. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before checkout.
Canceling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a refund is issued under the guarantee below.
30-day refunds
Every paid plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@getalibiapp.com within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The associated paid entitlement ends after a refund.
Availability and changes
Operating systems and connected services change. Alibi may add, modify, or remove features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every device, operating-system release, or third-party service.
Disclaimers and liability
Alibi is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular location result on every device or service.
To the extent permitted by law, Alibi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the product. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount paid for Alibi during the prior 12 months.
